Terms of Service

1. About these terms

NextbyLocal is a project of ONETRIP WITH LOCAL TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED. By accessing or using NextbyLocal, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use NextbyLocal with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

2. What NextbyLocal provides

NextbyLocal helps travelers discover guide-picked places, food stops, and practical local tips. Experts and creators may publish guides, and some pages may offer map links, third-party actions, or booking and payment functionality where available.

Recommendations are informational. Availability, opening hours, prices, conditions, and third-party services may change, so users should confirm important details directly before relying on them.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another account, or use NextbyLocal where doing so would violate applicable law.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your details current.

4. User content

You remain responsible for guides, recommendations, profile details, images, links, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish that content, and it must be accurate to the best of your knowledge where it describes a service or place.

Because published guides and profiles may be public, do not submit confidential or personal information that you do not want others to see. You grant NextbyLocal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote NextbyLocal. You retain ownership of your content and may request removal, subject to legal recordkeeping and content already shared outside the service.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use NextbyLocal for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, or account restrictions.
• Disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or misuse automated access.
• Misrepresent a recommendation, booking, affiliation, price, availability, or earning opportunity.

6. Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds

Where booking functionality is available, the displayed service details, price, schedule, capacity, and supplier conditions form part of the booking information. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy displayed for the service when you book. If a supplier cancels and the service is not provided, any amount paid for the affected booking will be refunded to the original payment method. When a refund is due under the displayed policy or applicable law, we will initiate it after eligibility is confirmed. Your payment provider or bank may take 5–7 business days to show the refund after it is initiated.

7. Third-party services

NextbyLocal may link to maps, venues, suppliers, payment providers, booking services, and other third parties. We do not control their content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of that provider.

8. Suspension, changes, and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. We may also change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops.

9. Intellectual property

NextbyLocal and its underlying software, branding, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to users.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NextbyLocal is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that recommendations, availability information, or third-party content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Travel and local activities involve choices and risks that you should assess for yourself.

Suppliers and other third parties are responsible for the services they provide and for their acts and omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextbyLocal's total liability arising out of a booking will not exceed the amount you paid through NextbyLocal for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a competent court in Vietnam unless applicable law requires another forum.

We may update these terms as NextbyLocal or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will show when revisions take effect. Questions or complaints may be submitted through the official contact channel shown on NextbyLocal or in your booking confirmation.
